Oversee processing of investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, switches) ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Review and authorize daily transaction reports and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies and serve as escalation point for complex investor queries.
Mentor junior associates, support onboarding of new funds/clients, contribute to SOPs, and participate in system upgrades and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
6-8 years experience in transfer agency operations, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of fund structures, investor servicing, and regulatory requirements including AML and KYC.
Location preference: Chennai; willing to work shifts including night shifts.

Comfortable with operational responsibility in a fast-paced environment involving system upgrades and cross-functional coordination.
