Perform range performance analysis and attribution to measure absolute and relative portfolio performance against factors like security selection, asset allocation, and currency.
Reconcile and update portfolio and benchmark performance data, investigating and resolving discrepancies at transaction, position, and pricing levels in performance and risk systems.
Collaborate across Global Performance Measurement, Risk, Operations, and IT teams to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support creation of new performance analytical reports.
Minimum Requirements
Post Graduate degree required, preferably MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
6 - 8 years of post-graduation experience in financial firms; experience in Performance Measurement preferred.
Strong understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Derivative instruments, and Investment Management industry.
Basic MS Office skills required; exposure to POINT, Yield Book, or FactSet is an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in detailed portfolio performance analysis and attribution with ability to troubleshoot complex data and quantitative issues independently.
Able to communicate effectively with diverse teams including analysts, operations, portfolio managers, and IT to resolve data and reporting issues.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including US overlap periods, handling high-pressure situations especially during quarter ends.
