Minimum Requirements
Strong Java backend development skills with deep Spring Boot and microservices experience.
Hands-on experience with AI/agentic software development and integrating LLMs into production systems.
Minimum 6 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Domain experience in Financial Services or Investment Banking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing multi-agent AI workflows, including orchestrator/subagent patterns and agent-to-agent communication.
Proficient with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, or equivalent for agent memory, tool calling, and reasoning loops.
Capable of addressing AI system reliability challenges, including hallucination mitigation, observability, latency, and cost management.
