Manage and control training curricula and assignments in the Learning Management System (LMS) for new hires, colleagues, contingent workers, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by tracking training completions, managing training records, and enforcing data integrity for documentation.
Provide training and support for LMS users and stakeholders, run site training reports, and maintain/updating training content and metadata as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or MSc with 4-8 years pharmaceutical industry experience.
Experience with sterile injectables required.
Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory training compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with focus on GMP training management.
Capable of handling multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and supportive problem solving is a plus.
