Lead design and implementation of scalable data engineering solutions on Cognite Data Fusion® platform.
Manage data integrations, extraction, modeling using SQL, Python/Java, Rest APIs and custom data models to enable industrial dataops.
Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product teams to deliver customer solutions and contribute to SDK/tool development.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8+ years in a customer-facing, data-intensive engineering role.
Experience with Python, SQL, Rest APIs, distributed computing (Kubernetes), and managed cloud services (GCP/Azure).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years; Domain knowledge in oil & gas or manufacturing industries is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering production-grade data pipelines and working in cross-functional teams including product and engineering.
Comfortable with DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD, and deployment environments.
Able to independently solve problems and collaborate on industrial data platforms to create measurable impact.
