Systems Support Engineer

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for networking, server, and systems infrastructure, resolving complex incidents and service requests.

Mentor junior support engineers and assist with escalated issues, fostering professional growth within the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues, implement new technologies, and improve support processes, including participation in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in support engineering or similar technical roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), server administration (Windows Server, Linux), and virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).

Location requirement: Hybrid and On-Site work at Trivandrum.

Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior engineers and enhance team capabilities.

Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with development, operations, security teams, and vendors to resolve complex infrastructure issues.

Possesses hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), backup solutions, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
