Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience building and maintaining backend systems in production.
Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot 2.7+, strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, debugging live production issues, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with prior responsibility for architectural decisions and end-to-end ownership of backend systems.
Strong in asynchronous/event-driven architectures, system reliability engineering, and performance optimization under high-scale conditions.
Skilled mentor and collaborator with hands-on experience in production-grade microservices, distributed messaging (Kafka), and cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes).
