Establish engineering standards such as design-first, documentation-first workflows, and production observability including logging, metrics, and integration testing to enable confident and fast shipping.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience building production backend systems with expertise in Python and FastAPI or Golang.
Must have experience building telephony infrastructure, specifically SIP / VoIP.
Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration at scale, ideally using Temporal.
Strong PostgreSQL and Redis skills including schema design, query optimization, and caching strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has full-stack ownership experience including design, trade-offs, and production operations of backend systems.
Experienced in building and operating high-scale, multi-tenant, low-latency distributed systems under real load.
Comfortable setting engineering culture focused on design-first, documentation, and observability to support reliability and rapid shipping.
