Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.E) or professional qualification (CMA, MBA, ACCA).
Minimum 4 years of experience in intercompany processes with progressive roles in Finance, Shared Services, or Process Excellence.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA FICO modules and Oracle R12 with expertise in General Ledger (GL).
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar data analytics and automation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional global projects involving ERP transformations and process improvements.
Proficient in data analytics, process mapping, and business analysis with a strong strategic mindset beyond transactional operations.
Comfortable working with multinational teams across time zones and cultures, driving adoption of new technologies and continuous improvement.
