Lead design, delivery, and evolution of front-line monitoring analytics for conduct, operational, and compliance risk detection across Business Operating System (BOS).
Own end-to-end risk monitoring solutions including data preparation, feature engineering, anomaly detection, and visualization development using Python, SQL, and SAS.
Provide senior technical leadership for analytics modernization initiatives (SAS-to-Python migration, GCP adoption, AI/agentic workflow automation), set standards, mentor juniors, and ensure solutions are explainable and audit-ready.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of analytics experience or equivalent.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and SAS within risk monitoring or regulatory environments.
Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Must be amenable to onsite work and working mid to night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and leading complex analytical solutions with end-to-end ownership in risk or compliance monitoring domains.
Comfortable driving analytics modernization, standardization, and migration efforts across multiple tools and platforms.
Ability to leverage advanced AI techniques including agentic AI and LLM-enabled analytics to accelerate automation and improve monitoring robustness.
