Financial Analyst-Lease Enablement

Own end-to-end financial analysis for Integrated Leasing business, including P&L, revenue, cost, margin, profitability, and key financial driver identification.

Lead deal-level forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability assessments to improve forecast accuracy and support business decision-making.

Drive financial reporting, dashboards, scenario modeling, and collaborate cross-functionally to support leasing lifecycle, billing accuracy, and continuous finance process improvements.

First-level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA, MBA) preferred.

Typically 8+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with exposure to multiple finance functions.

Advanced understanding of accounting principles related to leasing and financial analysis.

Strong skills in financial reporting tools, especially Microsoft Excel.

Experienced financial analyst with deep knowledge of leasing finance and complex business problem-solving.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, compliance, and customer delivery.

Capable of managing complex forecasts, scenario planning and driving finance process standardization and automation initiatives.
