M.Tech with 9+ years relevant experience in AI, time series forecasting, and machine learning / artificial intelligence.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, BigQuery, and ML libraries such as sklearn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or Azure to leverage distributed computing and scalability.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree + 5 years analytics experience OR Master's degree + 3 years analytics experience OR 7 years experience in analytics or related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader able to communicate complex data science concepts to senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level) and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong blend of technical depth and leadership with a focus on building and retaining high-caliber data science teams.
Experienced in operationalizing AI models with emphasis on fairness, explainability, auditability, and compliance with AI governance frameworks.
