Senior Financial Analyst

Lead complex financial analysis and forecasting across multiple finance areas and geographies, influencing long-term and strategic decision-making.

Drive process improvements, policy development initiatives globally, and represent the business unit in cross-regional and cross-functional planning.

Mentor and guide other analysts while managing large cross-division projects or functional teams impacting organization-wide goals.

First level university degree in business or economics required; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.

Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with experience in multiple finance functions.

Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and advanced business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

Work model: Hybrid with average 2 days/week onsite at HPE office.

Experienced leader in financial analysis with mastery of complex, cross-division business and financial forecasting.

Skilled in bridging finance and corporate strategy to influence global business capital strategies and decisions.

Demonstrates strong project management and communication skills to lead initiatives and mentor analysts internationally.
