Sr. Salesforce Platform Engineer — AI & Automation

Own end-to-end design, development, integration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform including data models, automation, code, and deployment.

Define and manage integration architecture across the full technology ecosystem beyond Salesforce, establishing technical standards and best practices.

Lead AI-assisted development workflows, DevOps processes including Git-based change control, CI/CD pipelines, and technical leadership for QA and developer teams.

Minimum 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience covering configuration and development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, administration).

At least 1 year experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) with systematic workflows including code review, testing, and controlled deployment.

Proficient in architect-level solution design and multi-system integration using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, middleware, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Experience with Git-based version control, branching, PR governance, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software delivery practices.

Experienced in architecting and delivering complex Salesforce solutions with broad systems integration responsibilities beyond Salesforce.

Capable of independently leading technical decisions and managing development teams with oversight from internal architects.

Comfortable operating in a US-India timezone overlap environment including evening stakeholder calls (6:00-9:00 PM IST) and agile sprint management.
