Design, build, evaluate, and operate secure agentic AI solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Python, and Strands framework to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, knowledge sources, and cloud-security services, implementing guardrails, automated evaluation suites, and continuous improvement processes.
Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness, monitor production usage and failures, and contribute reusable standards and reference implementations for AI build line.
Minimum Requirements
Strong experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore; experience with Strands framework mandatory.
Proficient in Python development including testing, packaging, API integration, and production support.
Demonstrated experience deploying agentic AI or LLM-based applications and implementing CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Harness or comparable tooling.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of analysis and technology experience, preferably including software or AI engineering domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in secure software and AI engineering with strong understanding of AI security, secure coding, access control, and production observability.
Skilled at integrating complex systems via APIs and Model Context Protocol or similar, with hands-on experience in deployment automation and cloud-native infrastructure.
Experienced in measuring and improving agent performance through automated evaluations and maintaining operational runbooks and dashboards in production environments.
