UX Designer

Own end-to-end UX design including research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and handoff for isolved platform features.

Plan and execute user research, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and engage product and engineering teams throughout.

Design using and contributing to the isolved design system, ensuring accessibility and consistency across complex, interconnected features.

2-5 years designing software products, ideally complex, data-heavy business applications.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 6 years typically required as standard but not strictly mentioned as a filter.

Demonstrated proficiency with full UX toolkit including research, interaction, visual design, and prototyping.

Experience working within or contributing to an established design system; comfortable communicating directly with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Experienced in designing complex B2B software with strong focus on research-driven design methodology and evidence-based decisions.

Capable of strategic thinking about product ripple impacts and design system scalability across interconnected platform components.

Familiar with AI tools integrated into the design process and comfortable balancing AI assistance with hands-on design judgment.
