Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning with demonstrable expertise in AI and agentic systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience in deploying AI models at scale with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, model monitoring, and versioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically proficient with deep knowledge of LLM capabilities, NLP, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics relevant to AI product integration.
Experienced leader capable of independently driving AI initiatives, mentoring teams, and translating AI technical solutions into business value for stakeholders.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to embed AI features into complex software products with operational rigor.
