AI Engineer - NLP & Generative AI

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for AI Agents supporting large-scale customer support automation in the gaming industry.

Integrate AI components like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI Agent orchestration into backend systems to handle millions of support tickets.

Deploy, operate, and monitor backend systems using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and observability tools ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

3–5 years of backend software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend frameworks, especially FastAPI.

Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and YugabyteDB and containerization tools like Docker; working knowledge of Kubernetes.

Familiarity with AWS and GCP cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/logging systems like Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.

Experienced in designing and operating high-scale, high-traffic production backend systems with AI components integration, especially in gaming or customer support domains.

Technical proficiency in building secure, performant REST APIs and backend workflows supporting AI-powered automation.

Comfortable working collaboratively with AI Engineers and ML teams, with some familiarity in AI systems such as RAG and AI/LLM-based services.
