Program Lead – Technology Learning & Capability

Own and execute the enterprise-wide technology capability programs, including academies, bootcamps, reskilling, and certification pathways across AI/GenAI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps.

Develop and implement multi-year technology learning roadmaps and role-based learning journeys aligned with technology career paths and strategic skill priorities.

Manage end-to-end program portfolio with governance, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, global partnerships, and measurable business impact dashboards.

15+ years of experience in Technology L&D, capability development, PMO, program management, or talent transformation.

Proven experience leading large-scale technology capability or learning portfolios within a global organization.

Experience working with senior Technology leadership and managing global stakeholder relationships.

Work Experience Required: 15+ years; Location: Mumbai; Industry: Financial Services or Global Technology organization preferred.

Experienced in building and scaling technology academies, competency frameworks, certification programs, or reskilling initiatives within complex matrixed/global environments.

Strategic and data-driven leader with strong execution discipline, commercial/vendor management, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Deep understanding of emerging technology skill requirements (especially AI/GenAI) and capacity to translate ambiguous capability needs into structured, outcome-focused programs.
