Principal HR Business Partner, R&D

Lead HR Business Partner for Engineering and Product leaders across India and Europe, translating business priorities into workforce, organization, talent, and leadership strategies.

Drive organization design, workforce planning, succession, talent reviews, leadership development, and change initiatives in AI-enabled R&D environment.
