Lead the end-to-end delivery and functional stewardship of Vistex DMR Customer master data and SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions ensuring compliance with GxP, SOX, and quality standards.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions covering customer data governance, sales order processing, pricing, delivery, and billing with integration to SAP S/4HANA.
Provide ongoing functional support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement for Vistex DMR and assigned O2C processes while collaborating with architects, delivery teams, and AMS providers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related field.
5–7 years of relevant SAP functional experience including hands-on configuration and support of Vistex DMR – Customer solutions.
Strong knowledge of customer master data processes, governance, workflows, and SAP O2C process familiarity (sales order, pricing, delivery, billing).

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced functional SME in Vistex DMR Customer with secondary expertise in SAP O2C within regulated environments (life sciences, pharma, animal health).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery involving multiple stakeholders and compliance frameworks such as GxP and SOX.
Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, estimating effort, impact assessments, and leading solution design in complex ERP landscapes integrating SAP S/4HANA and Vistex.
