Execute daily income processing and validation for Fixed Income and Equity securities including accruals, amortization, and reconciliation of cash and stock breaks.
Review and validate deliverables ensuring adherence to specified SLAs with ownership and accountability for process delivery.
Perform data analysis, MIS reporting using Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and maintain SOPs with a strong operational and customer service focus.
Minimum Requirements
Experience Required: Hands-on experience in Middle Office operations, Income and Corporate Action processes, and Fund Accounting in Investment Banking or Asset Management preferred.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or MBA Finance; NISM/NSE and CISI certifications preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of capital markets, fixed income products, dividends processing, Bloomberg Terminal usage, Excel, Power BI, AI tools; understanding of risk controls and process controls in custody and income processing.
Work Conditions: Willingness to work in shifts; ability to meet strict timelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated domain expertise in Fund Accounting, especially in accruals, amortization, NAV calculations, and Middle Office custody operations related to income and corporate action processing.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis or data science roles working on large datasets; familiarity with AI, Lean/Six Sigma, Robotics, and BPM is a plus.
Ability to identify and report process risks, with a strong operational delivery focus and capability to work under tight timelines in an institutional investment servicing environment.
