Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in IT systems operations with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including hands-on technical experience.
Skilled in communication and negotiation with clients, with Japanese language translation and interpretation capabilities.
Knowledgeable in Windows and Linux operating systems, and preferably in batch operations and Windows Server certification.
