Associate Vice President Global Credit & Collections

Lead global credit risk management, collections strategy, and accounts receivable optimization across all regions.

Develop and execute global policies, governance, and transformation initiatives to improve cash flow, reduce credit risk, and optimize working capital.

Drive process standardization, digitalization, and executive stakeholder collaboration in a multinational matrix environment.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

15+ years in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Finance Operations, or Order-to-Cash functions.

7+ years of leadership experience in managing global teams and large international credit and collections organizations.

Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA, or similar systems.

Proven strategic leader capable of operating in complex multinational, matrixed organizations.

Experienced in driving working capital improvements, bad debt risk reduction, and cross-functional business partnerships.

Skilled in process transformation, digital automation of financial operations, and stakeholder influence at senior leadership level.
