Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent senior engineering leadership experience).
10+ years of software engineering experience with C# and .Net; at least 4 years managing engineering teams including leaders across multiple teams or platforms.
Proven portfolio-level delivery ownership including roadmap management, dependency resolution, and cross-team risk mitigation.
This role is an on-site position.

Technically credible leader comfortable engaging in architecture discussions and hands-on coding when needed.
