Own and manage hedge accounting processes including documentation, effectiveness testing, and derivative recording for forwards, swaps, and options.
Ensure timely P&L recognition, reclassification of hedge reserves, and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
Support month-end/quarter-end derivative accounting close, SOX documentation, internal controls, and collaborate closely with Treasury, Risk Management, auditors, and regional teams.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years relevant Accounting experience including at least 3 years in hedge accounting or related processes.
Strong understanding and application of US GAAP (and IFRS) hedge accounting requirements.
Experience preparing SOX control documentation and supporting audit processes.
Proficiency with ERP systems; familiarity with tools such as Workday Financials, Blackline, or related financial software is desirable.

Experienced in executing and owning end-to-end processes including compliance, controls, and cross-functional collaboration with Treasury and Risk teams.
