Lead incident management and provide technical troubleshooting for enterprise-grade cloud and hosted services ensuring 24x7 uptime and security compliance.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in deployment, testing, and support of client/server, web, and containerized applications in cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Strong knowledge of Linux and expertise in at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, or Shell).
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Git for version control, and cloud services including compute, storage, DB, monitoring, networking, IAM, and security.
Hybrid work model requiring at least two days per week onsite at a TransUnion office location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in implementing DevSecOps practices in collaboration with Development, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
Skilled in automating build, deployment, and continuous integration processes in cloud environments.
Proficient at handling time-critical incidents and managing cross-functional communication including with executive stakeholders.
