Own Sailpoint (8.x) development including writing rules with Sailpoint APIs in Java/Beanshell, managing roles, policies, certifications, identity mappings, correlation, debugging, and provisioning workflows.
Design, implement, and support identity and access management strategies to secure and manage user identities and access to systems and data.
Participate in agile projects with exposure to custom connectors, Sailpoint integrations, REST APIs, and deployment processes.
Minimum Requirements
3-12 years of experience with mandatory Sailpoint skills (development on Sailpoint 8.x).
Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent) degree required.
Sailpoint certification mandatory for 2-3 years experience; recommended but not mandatory for >3 years experience.
Good Java programming skills and exposure to agile project environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Sailpoint identity and access management tool with hands-on development expertise using Sailpoint APIs and Java/Beanshell.
Comfortable working in agile teams with knowledge of deployment processes and integration of Sailpoint with other tools.
Able to handle complex IAM concepts such as roles, policies, certifications, identity mappings, and provisioning workflows.
