Senior Archer IRM Admin

Administer, engineer, enhance, and support the RSA Archer IRM platform for enterprise GRC programs including Information Security, Third-Party Risk, Business Continuity, Privacy, Compliance, and Audit.

Lead Archer platform design, development, integration, workflow automation, and process standardization to increase operational efficiency and risk management maturity.

Own Agile SDLC delivery of Archer solutions, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, end-to-end development, and mentoring of junior team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.

4-7 years of experience in Archer administration, development, and platform engineering.

Strong technical skills in JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, APIs, enterprise integrations, and Agile SDLC practices.

Work location requirement: Must work from office at least 3 days per week (flexible hybrid schedule).

Experienced in large-scale enterprise Archer platform environments with capability to lead technical architecture and solution design.

Strong collaborator able to translate business requirements into scalable Archer solutions and advise on process improvements.

Proven ability to lead Agile delivery with hands-on expertise in automation, integration, troubleshooting, and mentoring within GRC domains.
