Administer, configure, and maintain the Archer IRM platform including applications, workflows, security roles, dashboards, reports, and notifications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Owners to deliver Archer-based solutions for Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance, Business Continuity, and Audit.
Support integrations, data feeds, Agile SDLC processes, troubleshooting, platform upgrades, user enablement, and application support including issues with Archer's NGRX UI.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in Archer IRM, Information Security, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or enterprise application support.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, Agile delivery methodologies, and SDLC practices.
In-office presence required at least 3 days per week; Timings: 4:45 PM to 1:15 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Archer IRM administration with strong technical skills supporting workflows, reporting, and integrations in enterprise environments.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple business risk and compliance functions, including experience with NGRX UI and API integrations.
