Contract & Commercial Lead

Lead commercial, contractual, and sourcing activities across technology and infrastructure estate to achieve optimal technology investments and supplier agreements.

Develop and execute commercial strategies; lead complex RFI/RFP processes to consolidate suppliers, simplify technology estate, and improve commercial terms.

Manage contract development, negotiation, renewals, and supplier performance to ensure appropriate value, risk management, and contractual protections.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum 12+ years of experience in technology infrastructure environment with significant experience in technology commercial management, IT procurement, sourcing, contract management, or commercial management.

Proven experience leading RFI/RFP exercises and negotiating complex technology and infrastructure contracts, including Statements of Work and licensing models.

Strong analytical and financial skills to understand complex pricing and supplier proposals.

Deep understanding of technology infrastructure services, licensing models, and supplier landscape to inform commercial strategy.

Experienced in managing large-scale supplier consolidation and strategic sourcing with a balance of cost optimization and risk management.

Able to partner effectively with senior Technology and Finance leadership to support strategic decision-making in a complex technology environment.
