Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Java backend applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud technologies.
Manage and mentor a team of backend developers through code/design reviews and technical coaching, driving high-quality software delivery.
Drive API strategy, ensure application performance/scalability/security, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and platform modernization.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years software development experience with Java.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps and knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead with hands-on Java backend expertise and proven ability to lead team through full software development lifecycle.
Strong skills in system design, scalability, performance tuning, and cloud-native microservice architectures.
Skilled in cross-team collaboration with product owners, architects, DevOps, and stakeholders in an enterprise healthcare technology environment.
