Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience with data transformation and ETL on large datasets.
5+ years of data modeling experience (relational, dimensional, columnar, big data).
5+ years of complex SQL or NoSQL experience and proficiency with industry ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Unifi).
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working directly with customers and cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore to deliver complex technical solutions.
Strong background in designing customer-centric datasets spanning CRM, marketing, call centers, and point of sale data sources.
Skilled in automating data processes using scripting languages and comfortable producing technical documentation and forecasts for customer projects.
