Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of experience in financial services or brokerage operations.
Good working knowledge of cash management processes.
Ability to independently prioritize and manage workloads.
Flexibility to work across shifts, including U.S. business hours, based on business requirements.

Demonstrated risk-based decision making and strong analytical/root cause analysis skills.
Experience in serving as escalation resource and providing informal guidance to junior team members.
