Lead data product vision and lifecycle management for commercial planning, capacity planning, and revenue planning, ensuring data quality and integration across functions.
Establish end-to-end process visibility and performance measurement using process mining tools; provide executive-level reports on process health, risks, and required interventions.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of work experience in relevant roles.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and experience with enterprise software platforms such as ERP, Finance, and SCM systems.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau), and AI/RPA concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise data products and end-to-end business process transformation with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Capable of independently owning complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical and business stakeholders in multi-geography setups.
Strong familiarity with process mining tools, product data management, and AI-assisted product development to replace legacy systems.
