Manager, Software Engineering

5-8 years of relevant experience including management of multiple teams and conducting formal performance reviews.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/formal education.

Proven experience in budget and resource management for multiple projects/programs.

Technical expertise in backend technologies (Java/Spring Boot, Go, C++ or similar), microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures (Kafka/NATS), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), containerization (Docker), Kubernetes/Cloud-native platforms.

Experienced leader capable of managing diverse engineering teams with a strategic, results-driven approach.

Strong technical background in software engineering methodologies and modern backend/cloud technologies enabling effective technical decision-making.

Skilled at bridging business strategy and technology solutions, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving innovation in a corporate environment.
