Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
Strong working knowledge of building maintenance policies and people management.
On-site location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading facility management teams on client sites with measurable outcomes like KPI and SLA achievement.
Familiar with multi-disciplinary FM skills including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and property management principles.
Able to effectively interface with senior client and vendor management and develop processes aligned to client needs.
