Minimum Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience; work experience explicitly mentioned as 5-7 years in related roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, operations management, business administration, or related field.
Proven ability to manage and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills and organizational ability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with SaaS or CMS systems and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Figma, Microsoft O365 is a plus.
Strong IT skills including database development and scripting for automation workflows.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with an analytical and proactive approach to process improvement.
