Manager, Standard proposals EMEA and CA&I

Manage the standard proposal team responsible for preparing timely, accurate, and competitive technical-commercial proposals for standard spare and consumable parts across EMEA and CA&I regions.

Own end-to-end proposal process from RFQ receipt to quotation submission, ensuring proposals meet quality, target lead times, and pricing policies while coordinating with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
