Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, implementation leadership, and third-party integrations.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies relevant to ServiceNow, including NowAssist.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading agile and hybrid environment projects involving ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow solution architecture with a background in development (ServiceNow or full-stack) preferred.
Familiarity with ITIL Foundation principles and project management concepts to support governance and compliance.
