Collaborate across teams globally, ensure resilience of R&D environments, and improve developer efficiency through CI/CD pipeline and automation tooling.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in large-scale production environments.
Experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, virtualization (VMWare 3+ in clustered environments), and IaC tools such as Packer and Terraform.
Proven expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, Gitlab) and enterprise configuration management (Chef, Puppet, Salt, Ansible).
Ability to participate in on-call rotations and work across multiple global time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of driving vision and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Strong background in automation, cloud infrastructure provisioning across Azure, AWS, and GCP, and maintaining resilience in critical R&D environments.
Comfortable with scripting languages (Python, Groovy, PowerShell), code review processes, and integrating AI technologies for operational improvements.
