Minimum Requirements
15+ years of IT and ERP experience, ideally in MedTech or related industries.
10+ years leading large scale ERP programmes and portfolios with experience in enterprise ERP transformations and process improvement.
5+ years in leadership roles managing programme/project managers, PMO functions, or ERP delivery teams.
Location requirement: Pune or Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior technology leader with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex global ERP portfolios.
Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar ERP transformations and managing strategic vendors and executive stakeholders.
Strong skills in governance, risk management, financial oversight, and enabling cross-functional global team delivery.
