Fraud Operations - Associate - Cybersecurity Operations II

Monitor and investigate real-time fraud alerts for WM E*Trade and ISG business segments.

Respond to fraud incidents by executing appropriate predefined playbooks and escalate as required.

Perform ongoing assessment and improvement of fraud alert effectiveness; prepare documentation and report to senior management.

At least 2+ years of relevant experience in fraud operations or related fields.

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

General knowledge of different types of fraud and basic payments knowledge; experience with SWIFT formatting is desirable but not mandatory.

Excellent spoken and written English required.

Experienced in handling time-critical payment investigations under pressure, with ability to manage conflicts and control processes.

Strong analytical skills alongside attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical and task-oriented approach.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively with proactivity and consistency to meet goals.
