Lead supplier management including implementation of ACQ.4 for assigned products.
Manage RFQ processes and supplier selection to ensure delivery of reliable, safe software meeting quality and schedule requirements.
Maintain and negotiate contracts (SOW), track supplier KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Computer Science/Mechanical or related).
7 to 9 years of experience, preferably including handling suppliers and embedded software suppliers.
Experience required in sourcing, RFQ, supplier selection, and P2P processes.
Communication skills required; Masters in Operations Management is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing supplier performance and contract negotiations in technical/product development contexts.
Strong background in supplier coordination and ability to improve supplier delivery quality and timeliness through data-driven analysis.
Able to build and maintain cross-functional relationships with engineering and program management teams.
