Advanced knowledge of global compensation close processes and timelines.
Proficiency in Xactly ICM and Salesforce (including Tableau, SOQL).
Advanced MS Excel skills including model building, formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.

Experienced in managing end-to-end global incentive compensation processes with strong project leadership from development to implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive issue resolution across teams.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
