Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
10–13 years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality, or records management.
Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, records management, and data retention principles.
Experience working with business stakeholders, data stewards, and supporting governance processes (metadata, lineage, quality).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in regulated environments with knowledge of frameworks like BCBS 239 and GDPR.
Proficient in stakeholder engagement and able to translate business needs into governance improvements.
Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra and awareness of emerging AI in data governance.
