Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Economics, Engineering, Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure, Urban Planning, or Architecture.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is mandatory.
Willingness to travel for market visits and client interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Analytical thinker capable of understanding client needs and conceptualizing solutions.
Comfortable managing client interfaces and able to travel as required for market surveys and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or PowerBI is preferred but not mandatory.
