Senior Development Engineer in Test

Own test planning, validation, and execution for scalable microservice-based enterprise software features.

Develop, maintain, and optimize both manual and automated test cases integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Lead testing best practices evolution, mentor team members, and establish testing standards for new platform capabilities.

6+ years of professional testing experience in enterprise software, preferably Java/J2EE environments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency in automated UI testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium), SQL, and relational databases, plus experience configuring test environments with application servers across Windows/Linux.

Located in Pune, hybrid work model (2-3 days office), must interview in person.

Experienced in enterprise-scale microservices testing with end-to-end ownership of test activities.

Comfortable integrating AI-assisted engineering tools into daily development and testing workflows with strong judgment.

Skilled collaborator who partners with development teams for defect reproduction, triage, and aligning testing strategy with product delivery.
