Minimum Requirements

Educational qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) and MBA.
Experience with digital transformation in banking, including retail and corporate banking business processes and IT architecture.
Travel requirements include assignments within India and abroad as per project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Subject matter expertise in digital transformation and strategy focused on banking domain, especially retail and corporate banking segments.
Hands-on experience with greenfield implementations, customer experience enhancement, and target operating model design in banking.
Strong understanding of retail banking products, customer lifecycle, and integration of front-end and core banking systems, with knowledge of emerging technologies like AI and ML as a plus.
