Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of technology experience or equivalent leadership program experience; alternatively High School Diploma/GED with 12 years IT experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and implementing information systems.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and/or as scrum master with strong Agile knowledge.
Proven experience delivering payment solutions with understanding of end-to-end payment flows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in Scaled Agile Framework, having led or been on an Agile Release Train.
Strong track record managing large, cross-functional teams and complex payment technology initiatives.
Able to manage multimillion dollar budgets and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver critical business outcomes.
